Drew Pavlou And The Bomb Threat Hoax Hoax
CCP dirty tricks and propaganda power go into overdrive....
Drew Pavlou is a busy man. He protests in the street, he protests at Ambassadorial speeches, sports events, embassy gates, you name it. City to city, country to country, he is there to fly the flag of individuals, ethnic groups, territories, and nations who are having a biffo with China. In other words he is supporting everyone except North Korea, Russia, Iran, and a few other unsavoury entities. He’s supporting you, although you may not yet have begun to think of it like that.
Now what’s happened this time ?
This time was original and different. While protesting outside the Chinese Embassy in London, a fake email was sent to the Chinese embassy by proton mail from who knows where and London police arrested Drew for 24 hours without contact with the outside world. Currently we assume the email originates from an account in Hong Kong that may not be deliberately requested from the Chinese Embassy in London, but could be from a little pink who does this sort of thing as a hobby, motivated by nationalist fervour. The timing, ie so soon around the time of the protest may be a clue that a more centralised hand actually was behind it. We may never know, except that the email has been used to frustrate and discredit Drew and Harry Allen who was covering the protest action and was also detained. Hopefully Prairie Fire will be getting stories from Harry in the near future. Freedom Alliance is after all global and we want to build an international network fighting for all nations Sovereignty, Freedom and Democracy.
Lindon Lee alerted us to the misinformation warfare opportunity that this has provided for CCP forces and their pals.

2022-07-23 22:58
本文转自【环球时报新媒体】;
Threatening To bomb The Chinese Embassy, He Was Arrested And They Appeared!
2022-07-23 22:58
This article is reverted from [Global Times New Media];
Recently, an anti-China activist from Australia who closely colludes with the separatist forces of "Hong Kong independence", "Taiwan independence" and "Tibet independence" separatist forces was arrested by London police on suspicion of threatening to bomb the Chinese embassy in London in an email.
The mail threatened to bomb the Chinese embassy in London and he was arrested by London police.
However, many Western media reports on this matter unilaterally quoted the anti-China activist when the case was unclear, insisting that he was “framed”.
The anti-China activist, Drew Pavlou, is a white man who used to be a student at the University of Queensland, Australia. However, a few years ago, when this person found that the anti-China movement on Australian campus could win the attention and pursuit of the Australian media, he began to constantly “play the China card" in this way. Not only did he collude with "Hong Kong independence”, “Taiwan independence" and "Tibet independence" elements, but also constantly organised anti-China activities in many parts of Australia, which has become a pawn of the anti-China forces.
In June this year, when Xiao Qian, China's ambassador to Australia, delivered a speech on Sino-Australian relations, he disturbed the venue, not only interrupting Xiao Qian's speech, but also slogans slandering China's Xinjiang policy.
Recently, this man went to the United Kingdom to protest at the door of the Chinese Embassy in London with anti-China forces such as "Hong Kong independence" in Britain. He also planned to paste a picture quoting the flags of separatist forces such as "Hong Kong independence", "Taiwan independence", “Hong Kong independence" and "Tibet independence" on the door of the embassy.
However, London police quickly arrested him because they received a report that he had previously sent an email to the embassy threatening to bomb the embassy.
Strangely, although the case is still under investigation, some British and Australian media that have been waving flags and shouting for the anti-China activist in public opinion have begun to “wash clean” (洗地?) this person, and believe his unilateral statement alone that the email is "forged".
In addition, these media also unilaterally quoted him in their reports, campaigning for him that the British London police put a lot of pressure on him when they arrested him, did not allow him to see a lawyer, and threatened that he would face several years in prison.
The implication of this public opinion is nothing more than that the British London police are helping the Chinese embassy "violate" him. It is worth mentioning that the British Conservative Party is currently running for the new British Prime Minister. Whether this kind of public opinion momentum still points to the political intention in this regard, which makes people hold this fantasy.
Moreover, the position of “presumption of innocence" exposed by these Western media in this case is also in sharp contrast to their previous “presumption of guilt" position when reporting that Chinese personnel and institutions, such as Chinese students, were slandered and discredited by Western anti-China institutions.
At present, this person has been released by the London police, but the police have confiscated his mobile phone, are still investigating the case, and advised him not to leave England.
Some simple comments:
Note the screenshot from the ABC which has:
1 Censorship of his sign from the June 24 protest - did ABC agree to its use by Global Times in this fashion ?
2 An unrelated heading that is current, doctored on top of a different, older circa June 24 article from The ABC. Is ABC ok with this ?
So we have at least three evil narratives (aka lies) being played out here:
1 Drew, like anyone opposed to the CCP is a terrorist.
2 The Western media is biased against China, just because, OK !
3 The Western media is hypocritical because they promote the idea that Drew is innocent while promoting the idea that Chinese companies or individuals are guilty of things they have been accused of.
It’s a one way monologue from a one party state with a united national (and attempting to be global) media that allows no other voices. Don’t expect Hazza Harding to be interviewing Drew on Chinese TV or Kevin Rudd to be defending him on his 700 000 follower Weibo account. Telling the truth would be bad for their business models.
“Western” media normally argue amongst themselves due to the different interests and viewpoints they represent. Some even try to be “Independent Always”, or point out that “Democracy Dies in Darkness”. But when the facts are obvious and verifiable they will generally triangulate on the truth. Working out how to fight against CCP propaganda is going to take creativity and courage. Governments aren’t going to do this for us. If we fail, the CCP will continue to control the narrative, and control the hearts and minds of humans we want to engage with. It’s only us vs them because the CCP makes it that way. There is no progress without dialogue, and no dialogue is possible if you can’t agree on facts. So the CCP obscures the facts to prevent the dialogue that could lead to peace and progress.
